London Literary Lock-in

The London Literary Lock-in is a wonderful organised event by NaNoWriMo‘s London ML’s (Municipal Liaisons) at the Big Green Bookshop, where London Wrimos get together for full night of word sprints, games and merriment. It is extra special to reach the 50 000 words threshold at a write-in, the genuine happiness of your fellow writers as they applaud your achievements.

Now I am off to officially add my word count to the NaNoWriMo website as well to make my word count bar go from blue to purple (ah, the little things in life that make you happy!). Tomorrow morning it is back to writing again, trying to reach my personal goal of 60 000 words by the end of the month.

Current word count: 57679
